At the airport we wait for you right after you pass customs, holding a name card - sign. If you wish, we can meet you at the baggage carousel inside the terminal. We will ensure that you know the drivers mobile phone - and we will also ask you for your mobile number when you book the car... just in case.

We monitor your flight closely. This allows us to adapt and react to any delays or early arrivals. After landing, we expect you in the arrivals hall within 30 minutes. Should you need more time, please consult the contractual surcharge.
